Your application necessitates a provincial attestation letter. For the first option, there’s a rumour circulating that the attestation letter will likely be available by the end of February. In this case, you should utilize the web form to upload the letter before a decision is made on your permit.

As for the second option, IRCC has mandated that the province must make these letters available by the end of March. If your eligibility is accessed before the availability of the letter then IRCC might ask for the additional document (letter) with a deadline.
Worst Case Scenario: IRCC may revoke your GCkey and instruct you to re-apply along with the letter. Alternatively, your application could be rejected outright, necessitating a re-application process along with the document attached.
